Return and Exchange Policy

To return the product, the customer must contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.

The product must be returned in its original and unused condition, and must be carefully packed with all accessories and accompanying documents.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the product to our store.

The amount paid for the product will be refunded once we have received the product and verified its condition.

The product cannot be returned if it has been used or damaged due to the customer's negligence.

Please note that there will be exceptions for certain products that cannot be returned due to their special nature, and these products will be indicated in the product description upon purchase.
